Dara fell in love with whiskey in 2020 after tasting Ardbeg Dark Cove, a moment that changed everything. What once felt unapproachable quickly turned into a passion, leading her to explore countless bottles, grow a respected palate, and dive deep into the history and craft of whiskey.
She also has a strong desire to keep learning the art of blending and tasting, with hopes of turning this passion project into a lifelong career.
Today, she loves nothing more than opening a new bottle, pouring a glass, and sharing the experience with the community she and Bill are building.
